Boxesly.com - Product Issues & Returns Policy
If you receive products from Boxesly.com that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 30 working days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]
- Company's Fault: Please note that chargeback is not an option. However, if the issue is determined to be the company's fault, we will offer a free reprint of your order. The determination of defects will be made by Boxesly' management team.
- Client's Fault: If the issue is on the customer's side and a reprint is needed, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer's expense, along with proper documentation of the defects and digital photographs. Note: You will be charged for the reprint as per company policy. If a refund is still desired, the customer must return the printed items, and a refund will be issued after deducting the setup and shipping costs.
